His work focuses primarily in the fields of organized labor, smart growth, sustainable development, housing & conservation, renewable energy, telecommunications, and health policy. In addition to statehouse work, he designs and coordinates public opinion research, grassroots activation, media campaigns, and strategic plans for clients.
Tuck also manages the firm’s statewide media tracking functions, providing clients with a current snapshot of issues and opinions as they appear in print, broadcast, and online media sources.

Professional Background
Tuck joined Sirotkin & Necrason upon graduating from Vermont Law School and has been with the firm from 2003-2005 and from 2007 to the present time. In 2006, he served as campaign manager for a Vermont gubernatorial campaign. Prior to law school, Tuck was the director of operations and interim executive director of a non-profit jazz club that was part of an arts redevelopment district in downtown St. Louis, MO.
Community Involvement
Tuck currently serves on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington, the Vermont League of Conservation Voters, and the Institute for Global Ethics (Rockland, ME). He has also served on various community committees and municipal commissions.
Tuck lives in Burlington with his wife and their three young children. He also plays saxophone in the soul/funk/r&b band Resouled.
